• The contracted service, rental or sale of any product provided by Magno Events must be fully paid 14 days before the event. Therefore, if the client does not comply with this term or condition, Magno Events has the option of not complying with this contract or providing all services and/or products in their entirety. Likewise, we reserve the right to provide a partial or incomplete service. Even in several cases the cancellation of a service/product or the event due to breach of this contract by the client.

 

• Magno Events does not provide any type of refund of any kind, in certain cases a credit may be offered that is subject to terms and conditions, and valid for a period of no more than 12 months.

 

• In any type of cancellation less than 30 days before the event, Magno Events may agree to charge the client compensation for damages, such as economic losses. Additionally, in some cases Magno Events may choose to charge the client for the total or partial amount of the canceled event.

 

• Shipping, transportation, assembly, and disassembly charges may apply depending on the contracted service. In cases with prior definition subject to changes without prior notice depending on the transfer area. It does not apply to contracts prior to the changes.

• Magno Events is not responsible for any type of damage to any service, rental, or sale of any product, in these cases the client chooses entirely not to lead to any type of legal action for any term or condition even if not mentioned in the present contract.
